Craft is taught here
Most of our crew learned their craft inside this house. Designers who can now hold a saw; floral hands who can read a lighting plot. Curiosity across disciplines is the fastest way to grow here.
The standard is the standard at 1 a.m.
Anyone can be excellent at six o'clock. We hire for the temperament that is still exact when it is dark, cold and everyone is tired.
Fewer, better evenings
We cap the season deliberately. That means real preparation weeks, real time off between them, and nobody stretched across three venues on a Saturday.
Credit is given by name
In the studio, in the debrief and in front of the client. Nobody's work disappears into the company name.
